Yes, there are junior leagues and academies, but a move only makes sense into a program that gives you ice time and development. We assess each case individually — a junior move does not forgive mistakes.
It's a limitation, not a dead end. Most leagues have import spots — they go to players who clearly strengthen the roster. The assessment has to account for this: where your profile clears an import spot and a work visa, and where it doesn't.
