Frequently asked

Can you guarantee a contract?

No. The club always decides. An agency can assess your profile, prepare your materials, find the right markets and present you.

How long does it take to find a club?

It depends on level, position, passport, each team's recruiting calendar and the quality of your materials. There is no universal timeline.

Do you work with North American players?

Yes — with players from the USA and Canada, including those coming out of junior, USHL, NCAA or ACHA who want to keep playing in Europe. We know the import limits and the paperwork involved.

I'm 16-18. Can I move to Europe?

Yes, there are junior leagues and academies, but a move only makes sense into a program that gives you ice time and development. We assess each case individually — a junior move does not forgive mistakes.

I don't have an EU passport. Is that a problem?

It's a limitation, not a dead end. Most leagues have import spots — they go to players who clearly strengthen the roster. The assessment has to account for this: where your profile clears an import spot and a work visa, and where it doesn't.
