2. What data we collect
Contact details, information about your sporting profile, links to stats and video, uploaded resumes and photos, and — for minors — the name and contact of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Purpose of processing
A first profile assessment, contacting the applicant, identifying suitable markets and discussing possible cooperation. Presenting your profile to a specific club is agreed as part of the work with the player or their representative. Data is not used for automated decision-making.
4. Services and recipients
The form relies on Supabase for secure storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and Telegram and Resend to notify the agent internally. Only the agency and its authorised contractors have access to applications. WhatsApp, Instagram and Elite Prospects process data under their own terms.
5. Retention period
Inactive applications and related files are deleted after 12 months. Active clients' data may be kept longer within contractual and legal obligations.
6. Minors
An application for a player under 18 must be confirmed by a parent or legal guardian. Do not submit passport, banking, medical or other sensitive documents through the first-contact form.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, restriction of processing or deletion. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to the address above; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
8. Security
Files are held in private storage, and access keys are available only to the server. The form should be submitted over HTTPS.
Before enabling paid services, this policy should be completed with the legal name and registered address of the site owner.
