EHA editorial methodology and source policy

1. Primary official sources: federations, leagues, government immigration and employment authorities, and the IIHF.
2. Official club publications: rosters, transfers and club announcements.
3. Specialist databases: Elite Prospects supports sporting history but does not replace an agreement, federation or government authority.
4. EHA material: professional market assessment is labelled as orientation rather than an official rule.

2. Country-guide checks

• names and structure of senior and junior competitions;
• federation and official league links;
• general international transfer process;
• official immigration and employment sources;
• the latest check date.

Club demand, market openness and player fit change faster than formal rules. These conclusions are identified as EHA assessment.

3. Dates and updates

A page date records when the listed sources were checked; it does not guarantee that no later change has occurred. EHA's system checks monthly for verified changes, and a human reviews wording before publication.

4. Cases and evidence

Names and moves are published only where there is open confirmation or an EHA announcement. An Elite Prospects profile may support career history but does not prove the scope of agency work. Anonymous testimonials and invented results are not used.

5. Corrections

To report an error, email the page URL, disputed wording and an official source to euhockeyagency@gmail.com. A verified correction is published with a new update date.

6. Limitations

Site materials are not legal, tax or immigration advice. Final decisions rest with the club, federation, consulate and competent government authority. EHA does not guarantee a contract, visa, transfer or registration.

7. Citation

Open EHA materials may be cited with the page title, European Hockey Agency, update date and direct URL. Numerical information should be cited together with its method and date.
